Random reading this morning with my first coffee... some words resonated more, some less, but in this process of finding my own ways as it seems my inner compass is broken and I am wandering through the labyrinth of thoughts what's right, what's not, what I want, what I need, moral obligations, etc... maybe it can be of any use for someone to read too... nothing spectacular, but then again...

Ex Thank you for sharing ! It is very interesting! Essentially, we can only control our own actions and thoughts ! A life spent making mistakes is not only more honorable, but more useful than a life spent doing nothing. George Bernard Shaw Jenny

I love this piece. It's so true. The cages we build ourselves, and inevitably lock ourselves away in, are of our own doing. We almost always hold the key. Unless we hand it over to someone else. (which is also of our own doing) It's a rough road back from that "locked" cage. But when we learn to value and love ourselves anything is possible. I used to have a "type" of guy I would fall for. Everyone around me could see what a POS he was except me. I would pick the same guy over and over. Until one day, I finally got "IT." I found my key, unlocked my cage, and have been free ever since. I have to love myself more than I love anyone else. Or else it doesn't work. Thank you for the fantastic read. Light & Love~ ~M "Men need to hunt. She obviously understands this. She’s offering herself as prey. Not easy prey. But willing.”

people tell us who they are all the time by their actions, we just have to believe them.

Pretending not to see those flags because we so want it to be the way WE want it...

We tend to allow ourselves to be caged and don't realize we're doing it. We tell ourselves love is there and hide from the fact that we know it is long gone. Working to love ourself is all important!

The sad thing is that most don't realize that the cage they've built has no lock. With courage, you just have to push on the cell door. Great image Ex, it directs the eye to the lock, definitely locked. But on your way which key to grab?

This is very well written and very very true. I know the feeling so well and am just now realizing that it is my choice how I choose to live, not someone else's. It never was someone else's, I think that is one of the most important things you can teach a child. So as they get older, they make choices that are a good fit for them, not just for someone's approval or some ideology. I was much older when for the first time in my life someone asked me what I wanted. Sadly at that time, I had no answer because I had never considered it. Better late than never.

Love is an unexplainable real thing you can’t see hear or touch yet you can see hear & feel it! Love is work & if somebody really loves you cares bout you wants you they will make 1 min of time outta 24/hrs in a day to Mesg you at the very least! Love can build a bridge Love can conquer all things Love never ends maybe transcends Love is self sacrifice Love is joy bliss contentment happiness warm fuzzy feeling Love is heartache pain sorrow Love doesn’t require apologies excuses or pay backs Love can keep you prisoner or set you free Love comes from the heart not the wallet Love is the key to a wonderful life you decide which doors to open & which doors to keep locked & which doors to never to open!
