there's that Asian proverb that i think your post is similar to. "if you love what you do then you've never worked a day in your life". you can apply that to anything you do that's enjoyable and not tiresome. I have definitely experienced that in my professional life and occasionally in my lifestyle life.

it's such a good feeling when you have that degree of satisfaction

That's a good question... since I used to work in a hotel that belongs to an international hotel chain, I know that all guys who used to work as porters always preferred money over anything else... and they always had it, a lot.

But since this was from a Nobel prize winner... who knows, maybe not
