Who stole common sense from humans?

All I can say is that I consider these 'Industrial Strength Dumb' and anyone who wears them needs their heads examined. I'd think they would be worn by individuals with low self esteem who need people to ""Look at me - Look at me!" Either those types of people or those that enjoy wearing ridiculous things for the 'shock value' they provide. What's next, jeans that simulate having a bout of diarrhea? Don't doubt these 'fashionistas'. Make Women Female Again

Gross. Then again, those models look like pouty children, so maybe that's the "target audience."

$800??? WTF In August 1975, Gary Dahl offered up pet rocks at $4 apiece and sold 1 million in 3 months. Dahl, an advertising executive came up with the idea at a bar while listening to his friends complain about their pets and gave him the idea for a perfect pet. A pet rock would not need to be fed, walked, bathed, or groomed, and it would not die, become sick, or be disobedient. He drafted an instruction manual for a pet rock. The manual was full of puns and gags that referred to the rock as an actual pet. The rock came in a small carrying case with airholes and straw upon which the rock was laid. In the auto business, we had an expression often used, "There's an ass for every seat." It appears Gary was able to find a million in short order.

The fashion industry is not a business where 'common sense' plays an important role in decisions
