A great post to honor those who served or are serving now. Never forget.

On this day in 1918, the guns on the Western Front fell silent.
We remember and pray for the souls of those who perished in The Great War, in the trenches, the seas, the skies and the mountains.
We remember those who died fighting for our freedoms in Normandy, Bataan, Okinawa and South Korea.
May their memories be a blessing.

i will join with you all, kneeling in silence at 11 am today.
my Grandfather fought hard, he came home but was a changed man forever,
never telling his story. i always wondered what happened to him.
ADOMISs_Colleen, thank you and Talmont City for Honoring these men and women.
