WRIST SPRAIN
THAT WAS THE DIAGNOSIS ON THE HOSPITAL
WHERE I WENT FOR EMERGENCY
THEY PUT LIKE A CAST ON ME AND I CAN REMOVE IT
IF I NEED IT TO TAKE A SHOWER
THE DOCTOR TOLD ME TO STOP TYPING IN THE COMPUTER
FOR AT LEAST 4 OR 5 DAYS
AND WEAR THE CAST ALL THE TIME
I DO NOT HAVE IT RIGHT NOW
WHAT A DAY! THE DRAMA NEVER ENDS
I WAS 3 HOURS IN EMERGENCY ROOM
THE PAIN IN MY HAND IS SO BADLY I CANNOT SLEEP
BECAUSE THE PAIN AND THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME
STEONG PAIN KILLERS BECAUSE THE SAME STORY THAN EVER,
WITH MY PSHYCHIATRIC MEDS I CANNOT TAKE MORE NARCOTICS
I HAVE TO BUY OVER THE COUNTER
ADVILS OR MOTRINS, TYLENOL DOES NOTHING TO ME
AND A CREAM A COLD BLUE GEL THAT GIVES ME SOME RELIEF
WELL
I HOPE TO BE FINE FOR THE FUCKIN VACATION
WE ENTER IN THE HOTEL NEXT SUNDAY
I HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO HEAL THIS SHIT
NOW I GONNA GO TO BED AND PUT THAT SHIT BACK
TO MY HAND AND WRIST
IM HIGH LIKE HELL WITH XANAXS AND LIBRAX AND TEMAZEPAN
SO
IM STARTED FEELING MUCH BETTER
I WANNA DANCE AND GET DRUNK AND HAVE FUN
IN THIS ESCAPE VACATION AND STOP DARK THOUGHTS

 The combination of 600 mg ibuprofen (Advil) and 500 mg acetaminophen (Tylenol) every 6 hours is very effective. Don’t take it on an empty stomach
