Liberation of the Female Spirit For Millenia women have not been treated as equal and subject to double standards and degrading treatments. It is not until recently that this has changed and women have been aloud to be more free than ever. In the liberation women have been aloud to explore their sexuality to an unprecedented level. While I agree that we have come a long way, we still have a long way to go. We don't encourage young girls enough in reaching for lofty goals. We still pay women less than men for doing the same job. And we, as men, make laws that govern what women can and can not do with their bodies. I know what I would want to do with thier bodies, but that quite different from making choices for them.
