Naked Exercise

Well part of my New Years resolution was to lose weight. So this morning as I was doing my morning routine I thought there should be a naked exercise video. Then I thought I should make one, show reality in progress lmao. Don't worry, I am not doing it, no need to scare everyone lol. But those naked females really don't need to lose any weight.
But exercising naked does make you aware of your body I think, more than clothed. lol.

I live alone and remain naked most of the time and that includes workout.

I like to feel the wind on my bare body while on the balcony.

I think if i lived alone i would be naked a lot, too cool in winter some days but ya i would. On the balcony, well i do not have one but even in the backyard, no lol. Maybe after i lose 30 lbs
