beware of scammer - Goddess Action!

Goddess Action just tried get send Her $500 of bitcoin for rent of a room in a non-existent house in the town that i live in, saying that i would be moving in to serve Her as a live in slave. When i went to the address i found an , broken down house that no one could possibly live in! When i told Her what i had found She tried to say She got the address wrong - that instead of being in Trinidad, Colorado She meant Trinidad and Tabago and then She said no it was Trinidad, Nevada - which does not exist!

Please do not ever trust anyone who insists on being paid by gift cards or bitcoin, or who insists on not meeting in person until you up front! Scammers have no place in the BDSM community and some how we need do everything that we can keep this lifestyle from being used by scammers who will destroy the lifestyle!

Also, i Mistresses said that they are moving Trinidad, Colorado, which is a small rural town with no BDSM presence. They all told send them in the form of bitcoin or gift cards prove my commitment before they would meet with me. In truth, none of them ever had been in Trinidad, Colorado!

How can i find a Mistress who i can trust unless i meet Her in person! i would like hear from anyone with some answers!

 Sadly, Alt (and doubtless every other "Lifestyle" site has been haunted by scammers since day one. When I joined here years ago there were loads of friendly bloggers posting advice about scams, issuing warnings and advice. Alt is a different place these days. It seems to be more about dating and hook-ups (and hookers!); very little discussion and exploration.

Of course the PRIME piece of advice that one received repeatedly was to NEVER part with money until you are sure you know whom the recipient is. Let's face it, you wouldn't send money to a vanilla date before you met them! You might pay for dinner but that's different.
