In my opinion any Dom worth such a title understands that equailty for women means equal respect, the same pay as a man for doing the same job, to not be told she can't do x,y, or z because she is a woman etc etc. Women not having a great sex life is something that hasn't changed in 75+ years so i don't think you can blame it on women pushing for Equality for enjoying something like 50 Shades. Maybe men need to step up their game instead of blaming female equality ! But you are right about women wanting a real man, one that will treat her like a Queen, accept her just as she is and show her all the respect she deserves, no matter your flavour. Craving to be a submissive in bed doesn't imply one wants to be dominated in everything. There's a time to be a boss and a time to relax and relinquish control. Being a boss all the time can be tiring. For a while, behind closed doors, let someone take care of you and tell you what to do.

Women have had religion tell them that it is their 'duty' to have sex with their husbands. God forbid there might be some mutual pleasure ! Also religion and society has made women feel less than if we dare explore our sexual side. Men, in recent decades have had to have the clitoris explained to them and how to pleasure women.
