You know what I mean? The chick/ girl/lady whatever you prefer... Walking all around, maybe strutting, showing off her shit... Then she poses, takes some pics, and poses some more! Was I like that in my 20's?? I wonder... Anyhow... I love working out and going to the gym. But my body doesn't always appreciate my hard work,  And I also saw there is a thing called "gymintimidation"... Which contributes to people not going to the gym. Imagine that! So... if nothing else at least I keep showing up. Here's to trying to stay in shape... ~ Physical strength is measured by what we carry. Inner strength is measured by what we can bear. ~

I have seen guys do it too. But, there are women that pose in the mirrors. I have been going to gyms since before the selfie crazy with those darn cell phones. I don't sense much gym intimidation in the health club I go to. I did see more of it happen in weight rooms with guys, not so much with women. But, women, can often feel like meat with guys checking them out and hitting on them in the gym. "One Big Sky Covers Us All Equally"

I did some data work for golds gyms and was in the location at timonium maryland one sunday. It wasn't very crowded when in walked the undertaker and his wife {WWF} talk about intimadate. Their egos filled the place, lol.

This goes on everywhere and not just gyms.Probably just a pic for the gram and her likes. You know some people are nothing without their LIKES today because it's all that defines them and besides it's easy to look good when she has probably been that size most of her life.

I call them " gingle buns"...the woman that not only wears the tightest clothing.. But she does nothing but lifts that target the butt...and does them incorrectly.. And yeah you dont want to squat incorrectly Or her counterpart..gym girl that literally works out by sitting on a machine on her phone.

1? Fuck at planet fitness i counted 3..on a sunday no less. But i simply ignore them and proceed to lift large heavy weights.. they grab the 5 lbs and do their lil tease in the mirror. . i grab the 40lbs dumb bells and crank sets.

Mmmmmmmmmmmm.... I would rather be seeing you working out at the gym, than some mirror posing selfie attitude !! In fact I would by a spectators ticket to watch you at the gym !!! Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm.... private gym invite please ??

Is it just me, or do we have some 'shaming' going on here? It would certainly seem so, and by people who'd scream bloody murder if you were shaming other people for (take your pick). "gymintimidation" How fun! Yet another category of victimhood. Yep .... The perfect excuse and/or rationalization. Now we can apparently just attach 'intimidation' to about anything and any semblance of personal responsible fades away. Not trying to pounce on you pac. The responses here sort of got me going. I can't believe how she got piled on by most everyone. She's obviously worked hard to get her body toned. Taking pride in that is so intimidating or offensive? Please..... Make Women Female Again

To be honest, if I was in great shape like I was in my 20's (I'm totally not) and had six pack abs...I'd be like Captain Kirk and basically find any excuse at all to have my shirt off. I'd probably have some narcissistic tendencies. You put in all that work, you want to be appreciated for it. And, yes, I'd have sexual congress with a green woman without hesitation.
