Football tidbits... Indianapolis Colts QB has 2 sprained ankles. How is that a normal type of injury. Seems like Wentz is becoming the QB who is always injured. As of this writing he is attempting too play today. It makes you wonder if Wentz is reading the articles about him to?  Miami fans will have to see what their identity is since Tua was placed on IR this week. So for at least 3 weeks the team doesn't have too discuss his injury. We know Miami has a defense. Just not when they play Buffalo it seems.. Pittsburgh dodged a bullet concerning Watt's groin injury. While it's not serious he will miss at least today's game. Pittsburgh needs too make sure they protect Roethlisberger or it will be a long day for Big Ben. As Cincy can score points... Minnesota fans should be concerned about running back Cook. What seemed like a minor injury prevented him from practicing all week. And now he's doubtful to play... Keep a eye out on that.... And don't say the NFL doesn't give second, third, fourth, (you get my drift) chances. The NFL has reinstated Seattle WR Josh Gordon after 6 suspensions, with 2 supposedly being indefinite suspensions. At 30 years old Josh is running out of time if he wants to get paid.. Damn dude; stay off the sauce!! The big games pac is focused on today are... Chargers @ Kansas City What a shoot out this could be. While Herbert and Mahomes have similar yardage totals of 675 and 680 yards respectively. Mahomes has a 6 TD to 1 int compared to 2 TD's to 3 ints for Herbert... pac is on KC in this match up. But Eckler should get his. And stud Kelce is one of pac's favorite players... Tampa Bay @ L.A. Rams Tompa bay is still getting it done at 44 years old. He has 655 yards passing through 2 games with 9 TD's and 2 int. Stafford has a bit of catching up to do with 599 yards, 5 TD's and 1 int. Tom does know he needs to get the ball out quick or he will be throwing the ball in the grass. pac loves the Stafford-Kupp connection and she bets on it and uses Kupp in fantasy... Green Bay @ San Francisco Green Bay really needs this game. And pac certainly would like too know which defense shows up tonight? Hopefully it will be the one in the second half of Detroit's game. But SF is not Detroit. And pac expects them to pull out all the stops even though they have well documented RB troubles... Just hope it's a competitive game... Sunday morning and ready for some football. I pick the games but don't play fantasy. I just can't root for individuals when I am rooting against their team. Good luck with your line-up.

Niners have to run the ball because there is no way to rely on Jimmy G to carry the load. Plus running the ball and the clock keeps Rodgers off the field

Pac, I'm liking LAR+7 KC, KC has had troubles covering a spread of a touchdown or more lately. For TB-LAR, I like TB pick and also the over 55 1/2. GB-SF I have no opinion, but I'll be watching and hope your side wins. I tried a couple more lineups in fantasy, good luck on yours.

But pac..kc literally has no defense. Despite paying people like frank clark $$$$ ,...whose is hurt once again...they have no pass rush. Kc spent all their money on the front four and figured with a great pass rush...who needs corners.. So teams are killing the chiefs with the run and simple 10yr passes over the weak middle. It's hard to watch as the chiefs loses once again

Over here in the UK there was an article in the paper about American Football, which is unusual as it doesn't have a big following over here. Anyway the headline was; "Why football needs a pac mentality" Ok, strictly speaking they said "a pack mentality," but I couldn't help thinking of you & mentally changing the spelling when I read it. So what club were they refering to? Well of course it was the Green Bay Packers. Explaining that they didn't have some gazillionaire owner & that the club is owned by the fans. So well done to all the fans/owners I say.
