I guess I'm the unusual ex smoker. I can tolerate it as long as it is not in my face. When I smoked I think the only time I did not have a cigarette lit was in the shower or in bed. I remember at work one time a coworker pointed out I had 3 cigarettes lit in 3 different rooms(about the time I realized I have a problem 😅)

Well I've never smoked, but I did go out with a couple of young women who smoked when I was much younger. Ah the power of sex over a young man. But nowadays, like someone else has said, if they smoked, however much they appealed otherwise, I'd have to give it a miss. If I missed fag ash, I could always go to a bar & lick an ash tray! (by the way a fag means something quite different in the UK, being the slang term for a cigarette). I'm not convinced about it being 20 to 30 years old, or Eastern Europe come to that. The radiator (heater) looks like some we have in the UK. The only thing that doesn't look quite right for the UK is the skirtingboard, the board at the base of the wall, where it meets the floor. That room could just as easily be a house in the UK today.
