What a crazy day of football... Let's get ready for the playoffs! And see who got themselves in yesterday... All Indianapolis had t o do is win. Against Jacksonville one of the worst teams in the league. No can do, no playoffs for you. Apparently, they are in shock! Ohhh Pittsburgh is not ready t o start vacation just yet. It took an improbable OT win against the Ravens. And an OT win by the Raiders. But yeah.... Pittsburgh is in. And hell, you just never know! Don't look now but here comes SF. Who came back from a 17-point deficit and beat the Rams, for the 6th time in a row pac believes? Where against all odds earlier in the season are now going t o the playoffs... And what a Sunday night shootout with the Chargers and Raiders going into OT t o see who went into the playoffs. With the ethical decision in play for winning the game, and knocking the Chargers out. Or playing for a tie and both Chargers and Raiders get in, knocking Pittsburgh out... pac thought the Raiders handled it perfectly. Trying to win the game with the FG. And... if the kicker missed they were still in. What a great game to finish the 2021 season out... Now here to the playoff matchups... Saturday January 15th 4:30 pm Las Vegas @ Cincinnati 8:15 pm New England and Buffalo Sunday January 16th 1:00 pm Philadelphia @ Tamba Bay 4:30pm San Franciso @ Dallas 8:15pm Pittsburgh @ Kansas City Monday January 17th 8:15 pm Arizona @ L A Rams The top seeds on Bye are Green Bay and Tennessee. pac will have a preview before each days playoff games... Please stay tuned... ~ Physical strength is measured by what we carry. Inner strength is measured by what we can bear. ~ |

Chagers @ Las Vegas last night was insane! I cannot imagine a better game to end the season. And to thing that Pittsburg was 2 seconds away to be eliminated by to tying teams in the very last game. It was a nail-biter till the very end. And speaking of Pitt, it was funny how they kept saying that was Roethlisbergers last game of his career; then, his las minutes as the Steelers were going to lose. Then, his game went to overtime so they had to add minutes to his career and now he has an extra game. And then the Colts meltdown. And I'm not even delving in al the records that were busted now that they added an extra game to the calendar. Like you said, it was crazy end to a crazy season, but quite fitting. And to cap all that, I won my Fantasy League.. yey! LoL!

Don't know what the lines are yet, but if you're a betting woman, keep in mind that road underdogs have a history of covering or winning outright on wildcard weekend. Let's re-visit this once the lines are set and see how it plays out.

Pac, Excellent idea to blog the playoffs. Best time of year. This was a difficult betting season. I usually skip the last week but I made a few dollars on some overs parlayed. What amazed me were the number of overtimes this year and a few the last week. I was trying to place an overtime prop on the chargers raiders but the prop wasn't offered. Ain't that my luck this year. After this year think the books are shy offering an overtime prop?

Sorry for my ignorance here Pac369 but are you a fellow cheesehead? Been lucky enough to have neigh on 30 good years now with the QB's over that time. I think that the games this week are almost straight forward TBH then again who though that the Jags & Steelers were going to beat the Colts & Ravens respectively. I am expecting the winners this week will be the Bengals Bills Tamba Bay 49'ers Chiefs Rams
