You get what you pay for, and, given that this runs for about $40 - less than a good-quality wand - I doubt that it's going to be very effective. I have seen sybian knock-offs that are cheaper than the original, but they're still pretty expensive.

Looks like an inflatible cusion with a remote control vibrator stuck on it! Of course there could be more to the mechanism hidden in the cushion. But as it looks, it hardly appears a substitute for a Sybian. On that basis I'd make a cheap alternative to a Sybian! And I'd pay for dinner.
