Sunday review... Wow! yesterday's games did not disappoint... Even if you weren't cheering for the winning teams... Cincinnati @ Kansas City... With five seconds left in the first half, and KC up 21-10, Mahomes appealed t o the coach so he could score another TD. His short pass resulted in Hill running towards the sidelines. No points scored. pac is not a huge Romo fan. But he correctly predicted that play might come back t o haunt KC. Cincy goes t o the locker room with momentum that never went away in the second half. With Cincy leading the game 24-21 with under two minutes left Mahomes drives KC into FG position. Even as Mahomes crazy running around, trying t o avoid a sack, adds twenty yards for the FG kicker. Game tied 24-24. OT again... Again, KC get's the first possession. But this time a interception dooms KC. Cincy gets into FG range. And wins the game 27-24... pac knew Cincy was hot! But more shocked at the KC meltdown... SF @ LA SF started off this game great. Jimmy getting them t o a 10-7 halftime lead. Which he increased to 17-7 with a late 3rd quarter TD t o Kittle. It was looking like another SF win over LA. But it all changed in the fourth quarter. With SF giving up thirteen unanswered points in the fourth quarter. The running game already struggling, just crashed. Almost like the defense did. Say what you will about Stafford, but he made the throws when he needed t o. As his favorite receiver Kupp is still undefendable. Catching eleven balls and two TD's. To help lead LA t o a 20-17 win over SF. Let's get ready for some offense in this years Super Bowl! Can't wait t o see how it all plays out!! ~ Physical strength is measured by what we carry. Inner strength is measured by what we can bear. ~ |

I'm going to stick with the Bengals since they were able to pull out a very close win.

Pac, After that first half of the first game, even with the failed attempt at the end of the half, I thought I was in great shape. The second half reminded me how tough sports betting can be. Great season to watch but for me, just small prop bets on the Superbowl. I'm reminded of an old expression, which I will sanitize for the present social climate. I used this often when my bets yielded poor results. "I couldn't pick my brother out of a room full of manikins."

Will say the playoff games this year have not been boring. Hopefully, the Superbowl will be as exciting.

I was delighted to see the Bengals pull out a victory. Mahomes made some uncharacteristically bad decisions both in scrambling and passing, but credit must be given to the Bengal defense. Burrows made some great plays both throwing and scrambling and showed poise beyond his years. If memory serves, the last second-year OB to lead his team to the SB was Dan Marino. Not bad company. Both this week and last week, the Bengals made really good "half-time adjustments," which is the sign of a good coaching staff. As for the Rams/49rs, Rams dominate time of possession in the 1st half but trail. 49er front four played great but the secondary let Kupp embarrass them. I was glad to see Stafford pull it out, and give a lot of credit to Aaron Donald, who rallied his defense to save the day. As an aside, the line in the last game was 49ers plus 3.5. Therefore, over this entire playoff run, road underdogs proved to be a great bet. Will keep that in mind for next year!

I was blown away my the Bengals. For as much as I like them for what they have accomplished this year, I was not expecting the results. Specially, not after the huge Chief's performance last week. That said, I do remember, right before the postseason began, enntertaining the thought of Ciny winning it all while analyzing the brackets. Yeah, quite the Longshot, but they had beaten Baltimore twice. Kansas City and came close to beat Green Bay when the Packers were hot. I dismissed it thinking that there was no way they could beat either the Bills or Chiefs at this stage. But I was wrong. They really have put a lot of heart this season and Joe and Jamar and Co totally deserve it. As for the Rams... I'm very for Mathew Stafford after seeing his seeing being wasted in Detroit all these years. It was not his best performance, but persevered enough at the end to edge out the feisty Niners that fought hard save from the las possession. Both games were nail biters. Now to the SB and beginning to feel the void and the heartache of the end of the season, and also beginning the inevitable process of accepting its almost over and figuring out how i am to survive until next September... Lastly, PAC, thank you so much for your coverage of the season. You gave it your touch and added a little fun to it. Very well done sweetie! Muahkz!

I thought my rams were toast when they were down 10 in the forth. I guess I need to have more confidence in them but sadly I have been let down too often. One perfect game in Feb would help.

It would've been interesting to see what would happen if the Niners had gone on and won the Super Bowl. It will still be interesting to see how the Jimmy G scenario plays out this year. Someone will be on the hook for nearly $26M on trade unless the Niners cut him first before April 1. Then he is a free agent at a much lower cost.

Going with Ciny all the way being from Ohio Pac should be a good game

Growing up in the L.A. area, I was certainly a Rams fan. ( Gabriel to Snow..!!.. ) hated them when they left. But I would enjoy seeing them win the SB, which I think they will. Kupp and others are on fire right now. However, when in L/Vegas last week, I did buy a $50 SB win wCincy @ 14/2 odds. Thinking at the time that SF would probably beat LA with last seconds FG. I think I'll get in on some square betting . Should be a lot of scoring going on. ...and what about the Farmers finish on Saturday ..!! That was FUCKING exciting. Zalatoris' putt...! Bloody Hell for the ball to turn on him.

C'mon Matthew Stafford. Rams don't have a 1st round pick until 2024, so it needs to be worth it.
