Appearances matter... Why has our culture gone away from this? Where just throwing on a tee shirt and jeans is acceptable for a Dom or sub? One of the things this sub enjoyed most about going on a cruise. Was wearing different outfits and dressing for dinner! It was a wonderful experience. Styling your hair, refreshing your makeup, putting on a beautiful dress with stockings and heels, and posing for professional pictures. Then enjoying a wonderful dining experience. Unless this is common for you? It's pretty special for the majority of us... In warmer climates shorts and flip flops seem t o rule. pac is guilty of it herself. But don't think for a second, she ever looks frumpy golfing or going out. Her preference for everything matching shows up in full force. You never have a chance to make a first impression again! Seriously though... This picture just showing half of a alpha's male suit, plus part of his chin is deeply arousing t o pac. Everything about his posture, and even how he holds his glass exudes confidence. Appearances do matter Dom's! And if you don't think so. Your living in your own fantasy world! ~ Physical strength is measured by what we carry. Inner strength is measured by what we can bear. ~ |

pac, He looks he has it all, charm, wit, confidence, totally dominant and I hope he has a good tool to match.

pac, we grew up in an age where men and woman dressed up. Everything is so casual now.

I'm guilty of laounging around the house in T shirt and sweats, but I don't have a submissive/slave at this time. Meeting a prospective partner dress like that, I owuld never do. When I made my profile, I had no pics recent of me to post but casual pics or sout doors. But I added something "dressier' later. How I will dress when I actually find a partner, I'm still debating. What I wear may just reflect what I'm doing. With limited finacial flexability, I'm not going to buy suits to lounge around the home.

It depends on where you are and if you are there to meet a new partner. On the cruises I went on they require long pants for dinner so I wore long pants and a collard shirt. On special nights where jackets and ties were required I wore a tux. In college I once went to class in a tux because I got off a Sunday night wedding job at 2AM and had to be at work in the college computer center at 6AM so I went to the college and took a nap on a couch there, worked 6-10AM, and went to class in my tuxedo. The dungeon parties I went to only required you wear black. so I wore black pants, black dress shirt, and black underwear. I wore pressed Bermuda shorts and collard top and was refused entry to a restaurant, yet my friend in jeans with holes in them and a t-shirt would have been allowed in.

Yes, living in a warmer climate does bring on its share of tanks and flip flops. I know a Mistress that likes her sub to exhibit a much more refined appearance.

Yes, the sweatpans is almost a common look, in some places. I love to dress up, shave my legs an extra time, smooth, baby! smooth.... make a nice outfit together, I enjoy that tremendously. Most of the time, i look like a construction worker, heavy boots, easy, comfortable clothes, a cap, very old coat. BUT, when i go out, or meet a friend, visit family, i will dress up. Just to enjoy it myself. You dont need thousends of dollars/euros, to dress smart. You can even do it, on a budget. In warmer weather, i wont wear shorts, i will wear a (long) dress, skirt.

When you look at photos or films of our cities from, say, the 50s or earlier, you notice two things: (1) There were a lot fewer of us; and (2) Almost everyone was better-dressed. A gentleman would always wear a hat, even to a baseball game, while a working man would wear a cap.

This picture makes me melt a little and gives me a nice warm feeling inside. I love a man who looks like a man and acts like a man.

Question pac. Does a Dom have to wear a suit? What if he wears a leather vest with a lone eagle on his back? His t-shirt from a event 10 or 12 years ago still looking new, jeans tight but long haul comfortable tucked into 17inch stovepipe engineer boots polished but showing the same miles as his ride?
