exactly disobey me & it’s time for a butt-bongo sing a long session! heh heh those words “assume the position” conjure up horrific childhood memories where my dad would say that to us & would spank us w a paddle he whittled from a 1x4 board (that l now have!)...bend over spread your legs grab your ankles then WHOMP! you flinch you get iT in the lower spine of your back not your ass...partly why l have back problems O-U-C-H!
