I think those are good rules, pac. The steps may be difficult but take them one at a time. I heard something the other day that made me really think.....break things up into little tasks. I would think that applies to the three rules above.

I used number 1 on my son when he was around 9 or 10 playing little league baseball. He would always just stand at the plate trying to get walked. I told him if you never swing at the ball, you will never hit a home run. 2 games later he hit the first home run of his life. Just go get it.
