That is definitely a ring gag. The side pieces on her cheeks make it look like a dental gag, but if you look closely at the one on her left cheek, you will see that there is a strap that goes behind her head. It really doesn't seem to fit very well, which is why she can put her tongue through the ring. The ring should be smaller so it fits behind her teeth. and then needs to be strapped in tightly. Rigger John Paul (aka "The Pope") says that a gag isn't pulled tight enough until the sub lets out a squeal, but that's just One Man's Opinion.

She is a cutie but gags just aren't for me. I love the nipple clamps and her's appear to have a high entertainment value. Never have figured out which is better an all over tan and trying to find the white parts or having the white parts displayed so can zero right in.
