Impact  Impact is defined as "the action of one object coming forcibly into contact with another". Do you have the picture ? Can you see the implements ? Can your body feel that pain/pleasure sensation ? I've wrestled with impact until I found the perfect teacher. Be it with the belt, a spoon or just a hand my body screams out for more as the tears roll down my face.
