The calm before the storm !
For myself, at the beginning of a session I have to reach deep inside and let my body become one with Mistress. I take long, deep breaths and let my mind calm completely so I can find that space where only I and Mistress exist. My body relaxes even though I can feel a trembling inside. I'm not ever really sure if that trembling is anxiety, excitement, anticipation.....maybe a combination of all three. What I do know is that she has the power and I the will to submit.
