Sunday Dinner I have sweet memories of all those Sunday dinners at my Nona's house. Wonderful smells wafting through the house and the feeling of comfort all around. I can still see Nona opening the oven to check the roast. I wonder if the Mistress below is checking the Sunday roast   |

She's making sure the oven temp hasn't fallen. Need to keep the oven hot until dinner is ready to be served and eaten. I'm Italian, my Nana and her homemade soup, sauce, meats and pasta cooking all morning. What I wouldn't do to smell that again.
