Coming along well
I'm responding pretty well to the meds prescribed so I feel I'm on the upswing. Regular readers will know of the wildlife in my courtyard. Well, the other night I went outside to just breathe in the salt air and guess what.....



Don't the damn snakes know I don't feel well

Of course, Mistress is watching this whole recuperation thing very closely. I was just lightly teasing her the other night and the response....."not a good time for you to be a smart ass". I told her I was trying to hang onto my sense of humor while I'm recuperating. I knew I had crossed the line when she responded with "so what makes you think I have a sense of humor right now!" When I get to feeling better lord knows what she has in store for me.

 I was reminded today , I was late one day and missed another because I popped two of my tires. I responded with, I thought I already paid for those. He said, well maybe, for the late day. I said but, my father always said “don’t kick dead ducks in the ass.” Meaning we don’t hold onto the past. He said that doesn’t count with me. I’m thinking your Mistress might think upon the same lines.
