Courage and discernment of submissives
A lot of courage is displayed within the very act of submitting within a BDSM context. I continue to be in awe of the courage I have seen. The next step, not only in kink world but in personal relations world and business world is discernment. Unfortunately, in the kink world, discernment is a task required by the submissive almost entirely. Understanding that there are dominants worth trusting and dominants who should never be trusted is one thing. Discerning between the two is an entirely different and more difficult matter. When having your initial talks with a potential new dominant in your life, it is important to temporarily switch into logic mode and ask a series of questions that might just reveal who this person in front of you truly is. Try not to ignore any red flags simply because you can’t wait for the excitement.
