SBF and Biden administration: What difference does it make?

Democrat crypto hero Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF) is going to jail for a while. All that money he donated in political contributions did not buy him the protection he thought he was going to get. Funny how political donations turn out to be a one sided deal. Who knew?

Basically, what he did was take other peoples money and spent it on his own causes. Sounds like what Biden does. I guess the real crime is SBF identified as president, and he thought FTX identified as government. Reality differed.

The crypto world is full of crooks like him, so if you are not experienced in that world, stay out. Kind of like government, lots corruption and people just trying to take money for themselves. The only difference is gambling in the crypto world is your choice. You do not have to give them your money. Too bad it does not work that way for government.

Thus, we see the difference. People gave money to SBF and his FTX exchange on their own accord. Biden and government gives you a different choice. You pay, or you go to jail. As corrupt and crooked as the crypto world is, the government world is not any better..

I actually do love the idea of decentralized finance. It would be much more efficient than a central bank like the Federal Reserve.

However, not enough people take control of their own finances to make it work well. If they did, democrats would never get elected.

You make a lot of charges without evidence. Just like the repubs and their wannabe autocrate. I believe the name of the capitalistic game is to "take other peoples money and spent it on his own causes". Thats what I do. That's what you do. That's what corporations do. Where you have it wrong is where you think POTUS does.....

Civics 101: the house starts a revenue bill now called appropriations bills in today's hip lingo. It starts in a subcommittee usually with the majority party having a majority of members of the subcommittee and chaired by a majority party member. The only thing the minority party can do is offer amendments to the proposed bill and vote. They have no control over what's in the bill. It passes the subcommittee and the speaker, if he/she likes it, brings it to the floor. More amendments from the members and the Bill passes the house in some form. It goes to the corresponding senate subcommittee where the same process happens. If the house and senate bill are the same, it goes to POTUS for signature, veto, or nothing. If the house and senate don't pass the same bill, then a conference is called and they work out the same bill and it goes back to the floors of both chambers and amended and voted on again, ad infinitum until the same bill passes both chambers. Then POTUS. Of course if someone with standing sues, eventually either SCOTUS will or will not hear it and decide if congress messed up and must do it again.

So, let's say for shits and grins, the legislative branch passes an appropriation bill and POTUS signs it. Where you done fucked up: "take other peoples money and spent it on his own causes. Sounds like what Biden does." Apparently you failed civics at this point.

POTUS must spend the money like the legislative branch told him to. If he did not, the judicial branch would get involved. Do you have evidence that the administrative branch isn't spending like the legislative branch told it to? If so, then sue! The problem is you can't because Biden follows what the legislative branch told him to. That way, I get to "take other peoples money and spent it on his [my] own causes" like food, mortgage, entertainment. Just like you. Just like everybody in the US.

It is apparent you don't think. You parrot what you are told by faux noise and the wannabe autocrate. You know, both are proven liars in a court of law. I am sorry to use your own words against you, but your statements don't pass muster. They are false from the get-go. They don't pass a simple smell test because you can't put together a simple argument with data and logic.

It's sad I have to use a bdsm site to teach basic fucking civics and debate to a 40 year old.

Once again, thanks for the early morning laugh. You really need to join the tRUMPty the 🤡 comedy tour. Don't forget to send your life savings to tres45on, he will need it for his never ending legal troubles.

Actually it does work that way . .
You don't have to give them your
vote.

I actually do love the idea of decentralized finance. It would be much more efficient than a central bank like the Federal Reserve.

Exactly what proof can you offer that
shows that the Federal Reserve system
isn't efficient??
What experience do you have with U.S.
financial policies and their application?
