Broken sleep

so for the last week, i haven't been sleeping properly. The reason, think is predominantly due to the emotional state i've been in.
I go to bed, sleep for a few hours then wake up, then go back to sleep and wake up on the hour, every hour till the alarm goes off.

So this weekend i focused on trying to exhaust my self, on the treadmill and exercising
( its going to kill me lol).
I went to bedreasonably early, the room pitch black and i had the sound of rain playing on a pod cast.
Well, the sleep wasn't perfect but i slept and only woke up twice.
Feeling much better and after all the "thinking" last week, feel alot better.

here's to another good night of sleep.

I love your solution

I have those nights, too, sometimes.

i use the NLP methode, you can find that on utube...

They have all kind of... i think, you could call it some form of sessions?
to get to sleep, or help stop that treadmill of thoughts, or all other kinds of disturbing aspects of the human brain....

I use to sleep like the dead. Also, I would have vivid dreams. They’ve both gone away over the years. To the point I can’t remember sleeping the night through. I haven’t remembered a dream in 10-15 years. I’ve tried many a bed/pillow combinations and still wake up when my shoulders fall asleep. Always been a side sleeper so it comes with the territory. Sleep on one side for a few hours, wake up, flip to the other side. I’ve also found myself falling asleep on the couch in the evening, which I NEVER used to do…

when did I become my father/grandfather?!?!?

well you know a nice sensual oil massage can help to relax you as well. feel relaxed and naked at same time. can help if you need that as well.

Doing things that are physically exhausting is a good way to make yourself tired and get some sleep.

Haha, i did all that. Found that i had to clear my mind in order to return to normal sleep patern.
Its amazing what stress does to our bodies.
