So much in a BDSM dynamic relies on quality.
From the quality of the toys and equipment being used to the quality of life for either partners, or multiple partners, involved in the dynamic.
Lower quality in toys and equipment is more reasonable to accept, especially for those that are not financially well off, rather than accepting a low quality of life.
There are many more things to consider about what is quality in the dynamic.
The quality of caring by your partner, the quality of aftercare, quality of responsibility, even quality of health, among so many other things.
It’s important to remember that everyone has a different sense of what quality actually is in their minds.
So much goes into what a person’s idea of acceptable quality is. From financial concerns, emotional concerns, physical concerns, compatibility and love or affection to name a few. Sometimes it depends on what the person grew up with, or has been used to as quality during their lifetime.
The quality in all parts of a dynamic affect how good or bad the dynamic is for the partners, with some parts having more importance over other parts. And everyone will have different priorities.
This is just another reason for good vetting. Because if you are not going to be happy with the quality of something you value in a dynamic, you sure want to know before you get into the dynamic, so you can make a choice whether you can accept what it will entail and how it will affect your life.
