Hypocrisy see comments |

In all walks of life there are hypocrites. Even in the BDSM world we have them. The “Dominants” That say they are always right, even though no one is infallible. The “Dominants” that say “trust me” then go out and play with someone else behind their submissive’s back. The “submissive” that says they will always obey, then get lazy and ignore the Dominant, but still expects to be treated like a princess. Hypocrisy in any walk of life is a poor trait, but in the BDSM lifestyle it takes on more significance when things are based on trust, honesty, respect and communication. I’ve never known a hypocrite that will admit to being one. If you find yourself partnered with a hypocrite, you can try to change them, or you can see them for who they are and look to better relationships elsewhere. Whatever you choose, depending on the level and reason of the hypocrisy, think of your own wellbeing first. A hypocrite isn’t considering yours very much if at all. © 4/10/24 Ronald Dirienzo

Everybody can make mistakes and deserves a second chance: it's a good horse that never stumbles. But if its endemic, better to drop the dead weight for your own wellbeing. Indeed we find more incremental hypocrits and ego-trippers in our society on the bottem ( On ALT...sooo many fakers, the LBGT+xyz communities...in or out the closet, The young generation with Climate Change + their hunger for consuming nevertheless) as well as on the top (Multinationals, Political parties...the Partizan games of the U.S government with regards to Ukraine and Israel....Biden's words versus deeds...etc...).
