just waiting delivery from morrisons of my new garden hose, 30meters for £8 so i bought 2, that means it will reach to the new new bed.

yesterday besides the<b> cheating </font></b>wife dating scam i had 4 others,. One from asite i sort of expectedit to be from, a nillia-ish version of alt, in fact run by alt senior alternative lifev styles ,,,,and 3 drom ellite singles, where im sure the women on there have over blown their likes, every one ive looked at on there, list 'hobbies' as walking eg hill climbing climbing rambles through the swiss alps, theatre, the arts, all high end 'hobbies', Most of them claim to be company directors or tat sort of thing and have g=homes in other countries. Tell the truth, they all seem quite ,,posh for a simple former serviceman like me.

SHOCK HORROR ! BIVE RUN OUT OF COFFEE BEANS !

the 7 2.5 Kg bags of beans i bought in Aldi 18 months ago have finally run out, ground the last few this morning. since ive also used the lovely nutty coffee i was given at christmas in the flip top tins, im going to have to search on line for cheap coffee beans .

HOW IM FEELING

well, not to bright. 5 dating scams in a week, i dont think anyone out there in the online world is real. back on the happy pills to make it through the non gym days. been told 3 times now by the staff, i should go everyother day. I feel so much healther but the wieght seems to have stopped coming off, though yesterday a shirt arrived that is a bit tight, but i could do up, chineeses size 5xl so that meands its a 3 xl uk size and all of my jeans fall down as they are too lose, and tthe suposed leather belt i bought isnt leather, if you try and make more holes in it it just splits. Maybe i cant see the pounds coming off as i see myself every day, maybe some onr i havent seen for a while would notice it more ?

any way not feeling to happy, but then maybe i dont have the right to be happy, after the terible way ive treted people in the past, maybe THIS IS KARMA ?

once delivery has been made ill be off to gym, about the only thing that makes me feel good .
