TODAY I HAVE,,,

Been to the gym for 1.5 hours shoulders and legs arms ache , had a nice turkish bathh after though,

watered the garden and prunes the raspberrys and some of the pot plants ,

treated the vine weed, flamed it with heat gun then covered where it came out of the ground with 5 layers of cardboard and covered the card board with potting compost, if the<b> weed </font></b>has no light it wont grow and the flames weaken the root system,

tonight im having roast chicken breast with low cal diet roast spuds and unsalted butter fried leeks and sweet corn.

thought it might rain today but its bright sunshine so hope nick cave was dry ?

got yet another scam e mail from the scammer who yried to scam me months ago lol, dont they learn ?
