WENT INTO TOWN got some ginger and lemon tea as despite vtheir web saying they had the lemon grass and ginger tea they didnt. the one i boughtbyou cant tastevtheginger atball.

while in the great city of southend init brov, i felt very safe , protected from the wuff boys by a super hero...!!!!

went to the new Mexican place, was very good value and outstanding quality, I can see regular<b> trips </font></b>there in the future.

posted check in on FB with pics of the food.

went back to the gym just for sauna .

dont know if i can be bothered to go to LAM though i have a huge bag of haribow's for MC that i bought in La France,
