didnt go to the american dinner on the sea front. If i go to the gym BEFORE breakfast i dont fancey anything to eat specialy if ive had a ginger and some thing tea .
apparantly ginger tea can ward of the desire to eat, so thats a result.

did the stuff in the garden
did my washing
went to the sea front and went into the Delux Tea Rooms, which is just along from the sea life centre and had a pot of lemon grass tea and a toasted tea cake with no jam .
atched the traffic chaos on the london transport web<b> cams </font></b>and felt smug about not going to LAM .

HAD CALL FROM MR AND MRS j IN KENT arranged day next week to go over there
