TODAY has bee a recovery day, no wieghts just a nice long sauna after going to see my surgon at the hosptal. He cut away some dead skin and and ran the blade over the wound to clear off the sluffy stuff, fair amount of blood but had the vac pump put back on.

because of hospital no trip to kent today to see the J's

have yet another type of pain killer that i have to sign for . reading the list of contents it appears to contain LSD ? but wont be taking it much as cant drive on them. so ill just have to suffer the constant pain. At least my pain doesnt effect others any more, take the pain killers and lifes much better but no sex, cant feel yar willey or much else, or dont take the pills and just be in mind duming pain.

did some stuff in the garden, still have bulmbs arriving i ordered months ago, I have a nother lot 100 aliums to try and find some where to go !

got pediatry in the morning then the gym after that bulb planting then off to kent to see the J's special female friend.

i counted the euros i have here and theres more than i thoight, have 700 and some change. so only ordered 300e from Tesco

The 2 places i want to go to are grand camp massey for sea food and the<b> chocolate </font></b>place/ factory
