TODAY,,, i built 3 bird nesting boxes from plans down loaded from the RSPB site. 1 robin 2 tit. the hardest part was putting them high enough in the stand of fir trees so the<b> cats </font></b>couldnt get them. The step ladder when oppend as a ladder ladder only reaches 3 meters up and the RSPB recommend at least 5 to 10 meters. so i had to climb the trees free style. it wasnt so much going up but the coming down, but i managed as you can see, i didnt fall or i would be typing this from A&E.

WENT TO THE GYM AN HOUR
CYCLING then to tesco to get this weeks food shopping, i am mostly living on liver and bacon ready meals with fresh cauliflower and carrots. no potatoes , though i did pick up some fresh smoked haddock and had that poached with green beans and carrots, rather a lot of carrots for my tea, so its offel wed thursady and friday lol., unless some one invites me out to lunch? thats what i thought, offel all week !

tonight we are sampling a rather expensive L'ENCLOS MEDOC 1999. A CHEEKY NUMBER WITH THE HINT OF BLACKBERRIES AND FRENCH PEASANTS FEET. it cost a whole 5 euros's so one of the more expensive wines i bought back from La France.

why when ever i turn the tv on is it wall to wall football? and crisp salesmen wittering on with a bunch of AOP's about kicking a ball about ? very boring ! though i understand from my the USA had to beat Iran or the usa was going to bomb the kazbar, i bet that would be a clash of a game, lol see what i did there ? did you did you, said in my best Stuey voice

demons still being quite for a change but i know they will be back soon.

had an alt message from 'Looking4myMaster, IN OZZ! sent her a return message thanks for the attention but as your in ozz and im in the uk nothings going to come off it but good luck in your search. Her reply was ,,,,i could relocate to the uk to be with you ? YEAH RIGHT, as some one used to say ALL THE TIME LOL !
