30 DEC 1325HRS TODAY IN PARADISE CENTRAL ,,,, NOT done a blog for some time as I went to help someone who was feeling very poorly. I was glad i was asked but wish it had not been for that reason, but things move on but i still know how to look after them, i had enough practice but being the last one on the list to ask ,,,how could i say no and its all part of my ethos of CHERISHING, even though we are not together one dosent just turn a switch off and stop careing , maybe thats my weakness caring too much, ? i certainly have changed the way i view other people in the last year, so maybe thats it ? if it is then we know who is to blame ! (incidently , while i was being<b> nurse </font></b>chris the battery ran out on my vac dressing, an so my foot became very wet, when i had the dressing changed had to go back to daily simple dressings to dry it out, its still not dry and have to go back sat sun and monday to have it re dressed. that means going to my mums on the 2 jan, my birthday, ill have to go after foots done and come back mon evening .) THE person i was helping had a ear infection and throwing up. i didnt catch the ear infection but did catch the tummy bug. been on the puke diet. eat food and puke. so dont eat anything till today when i managed some toast and a mug of bovril. Then went to the gym as i havent been since before christmas. Popped to tesco to get some bread and ended up with 4 boned shoulders of pork for £3 each and 10 christmas puddings for 50p each. I just really wanted the red plastic pots to make strak n kidney puddings in next time i go to france . talking of which, newhave deipe is only £80 return, but huge storms and that terible night drive to st fremenon. or £150 return in the tunnel. 35mins crossing, no sea sickness and drive thats longer but in day light. ill prob go early feb after ive got my new car on 28 jan. BAD NEWS. despite losing weight and being so much fitter my blood pressure is way to high and my kidneys are not totally fucked but close. i now have new blood pressure pills, and have to do daily blood pressure readings. oh the joy of getting old ! i dont rember reading tis on the welcome to adulthood form ? Winging its way to me is a list of foods i must avoid i can have 1 ONE glass of wine a day, for now anyway. no good news[/SIZE] |
