THE PARADISE NEWS LETTER FOR SUNDAY

SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY OTHER FOOT. the instep hurts like fuck. hade a feel and there seems to be a 'hole' have to have it checked tue but ive put a iodene patch on it for now.

went to the gym this morning and a nice steam sauna.after.

then went to the sea front for a coffee at former olivers on the sea front and a<b> wicked </font></b>ring dufnut, it was quite small though.

started watching LOCKWOOD and Co on netflix....quite good

having oven baked fillet of place with fennel and leon butter from tarquins shop for lunch with rice abd baby sweet corn. then what shall do his afternoon ?
