ANOTHER BAD FOOT DAY IN PARADISE.

Left foot healing very nicely, the<b> heel </font></b>is almost gone, the bottom of the tunnel is now almost gone but the top of the tunnel, has reopened spurting out cralp or sluffy stuff as they call it. THE RIGHT FOOT THOUGH, it was sort of healing but now the wound has got bigger the skin on the instep, when there was never a issue with appears to becoming maserated. ,,,not good,

as its a monday its blood test day and despite drinking 3ltrs of water yesterday and another 1ltr this morning, it took them 7 attempts to hit a blood. .

red blood count was up, but blood pressure was 165 over 73, they tasked GP to do a review as i have been taking the blood pressure pills everyday.

Bought some oily fish in waitrose, having sea bream filets and rice for tea.

ON THE SOCIAL FRONT .... ZERO, ZIP, NILL, NOTHING, dont know why i bother ?
