Date Night RED FLAGS |

How to I say this. I went on this date with a lovely woman. I thought she was lovely at first .... but then those red flags starting to appear. I havent been on a date in so long I thought it was the slow service at the bar. Nonetheless we start chit chatting. Clever remarks here, bit of sass there, She then states oh can we talk about your view points in the up coming election... I state - "Id rather not because they are my view points" Her response whats the big deal I want to know more about you as a person. Im a registered independent. I have been since I was 18. I have views that Im conservative and I have views that Im liberal about. Thats my go to line when people start getting pushy. Her response. Well tell me you viewpoints on ____________. Me - Personally. Id rather not talk about politics on the first date. One of the core rules I have in general. Her response. Well if you arent going to talk about it then this date is over. Me - Alright alright geez. "finish my drink and stand up" It was nice meeting you have a good day. Her response yells REALLY!!!!! I just walk away. The red flags were there and to be honest I dodged a bullet with that one.
