These sites are magnets for scammers and fakes I alternate between this site and fetish, I actually prefer fetish because of the free chat and being able to actually read profiles

it definately needs a purge of all scammers and fakes..and people to gain truus..whilst fakes are allowed theres no trust and people wont pay

It would certainly attract more members. But successful? No way. How many successful businesses give their product away for free? And how many people would pay if they did not HAVE to?  It might be possible if Alt decided to allow ads. But then we'd have to fight our way through hundreds of pop-up windows every time we signed on. And most of those would be from porno-scam sites. Dream on. in a year the most people i've seen online is 82. theres a reason why its all old men here cybering...young people see through the fake profiles straight away and leave. you rarely see a real female on here yet in fab the chat rooms are full to capacuty most of the time people will voluntariy contribute to genuine and real

You mean like fetlife??? Honestly the only thing keeping alt alive is the fact that fet isn't a personals site... And I suspect alt runs a lot of its sister sites through south east asia... Where fetishes are less taboo. To answer your question... Yes..I would use alt more if it was free...I would provide more content as well
