Yet not clear to me

It is yet not clear to me as i can get msg in my mail here alt and can reply also. but in some cases i just get msg. from my few friends in mail here in alt but can't reply them as the send or reply column is not appearing for their cases when i see the msg. Can any one give me the suggestion what to do ?

 I think it depends on your ,membership status on alt.

 I don't think so as i can get msg. and reply to others but only one friend's msg. can read only and never can reply that

 If you're not a gold member you can't reply to messages, at least it's that way for men. If the person you want to contact has a blog try going through that.
