Welcome to the blogs. From a (new) fellow gardener. Second year gardening and I’m learning quite a bit and making plenty of mistakes, but seeing decent progress. My main problem is I live in such an unforgiving environment that I can’t just garden, I’ve got to create the environment first where a garden can survive. Providing wind breaks, shade (the sun and heat are too intense), squirrels and gophers. Insect pests (I don’t use harmful chemical sprays). Anyway, happy gardening and Alt pursuits!
