THE SCOTT PETERSON CASE.

scott peterson is most definitely not guilty, but everybody seems to be judging him because he did so many things that make him look like a jerk.

a) he was having an affair and b) he was smiling at the candlelight vigil

neither of these issues makes him a murderer.

what about the burglars? i think it very likely that lacy went to check on what these guys were doing and they simply offed her and they tossed her in their van or truck and they dumped her in the bay.

didnt we decide that it would be literally iimpossible for scott to dump a human body AND the concrete weights into the bay WITHOUT TURNING THE BOAT OVER AND CAPSIZING?

people convicted scott of this crime because of circumstantial evidence that didnt in fact prove anything.

also, wasnt there an almost identical case where a pregnant female was disemboweled and dumped iinto the bay, JUST LIKE LACY WAS?

you all are going to execute an innocent man... he may be a jerk for<b> cheating </font></b>on lacy, indeed. he may have smiled at the candlelight vigil, indeed.
