 I voted for a Prince Albert. I've had one since 2004, and I've never regretted it, and it's never kept me from fucking anyone. I've stretched it over the years to take a 0 and 00 guage ring, and those rings easily come out with no risk of the hole closing, for those that might not want you to fuck them with the piercing in. And nobody ever chipped a tooth by sucking me with my piercing in. But again, after the hole has healed and stretched a bit, you can easily take the piercing out without fear of it closing up.

Your PA looks magnificent! I've heard the reverse PA is better at stimulatng a women's G-spot (and I would therefore deduce, a man's prostrate?) I'm also thinking the reverse PA is unusual and therefore might attract more attention? From what I've read, either is relatively painless and except for the 6-8 week recovery, little drawbacks.
