 Just be yourself explore what you want to explore. In the every day world would you tolerate such treatments? I dont think so, keep true to yourself and the terms of a fair and common decency,treat as you would be treated. You are an intelligent woman be so any loss is their loss not yours and definitely dont onboard others crap.  Debbie I see nothing wrong with you owning a male, and you are definitely right with the sometime feelings of having that close emotional contact with others.

I see so many people in this life being judgmental, when in actual fact, if you are living this life to its fullest, you would know that it is NOT right to judge others. We all get our contentment and fulfillment in different ways, that is why it is so hard to find that special someone you want in your life. We should leave it to the 'Vanilla' brigade to judge us like they always have, even though they know nothing really about this life.

Debbie, you see something in Chastitys_wh0ire that others may not, but because of her hit and miss moods as you describe, others might not have the patience that you do.

All I can say, is BE YOU and let others make up their own mind of your worth and whether they value you as a friend or partner. If others like Chastitys_wh0re can't see your true worth, then that becomes their problem, not yours.
