ALT.com - The first 48 hrs...

Today marks the second day of my illustrious return to ALT.com after a 20-year hiatus, yet I find myself wondering; what the hell happened to this website?! Seriously, am I alone in thinking that ALT.com is a hollow shell of its once glorious self?

The number of deleted profiles, stolen accounts, spambots and illiterate scammers (who literally cut and paste the same shit) gives this once awesome site an eerie, almost postapocalyptic ghost town vibe.

Silly me for buying a one-year subscription with all the extras, purchased purely on blind faith and nostalgia. If I buckle up and enjoy the ride, however bumpy, will I eventually find the few normal (albeit kinky) humans who still inhabit this derelict wasteland? Is there a safehouse willing to take me in somewhere?
