Doing, not Talking

There are many chat rooms that are clear that they are for doing, not talking. And yet, a browse of the available scroll suggests that more time is spent talking than doing. Why? Is someone reluctant to make the first move? to make it clear they are looking for a play partner? Or are the demographics in the room such that is it clear that a move would be considered inappropriate or considered unwelcome?

I don't know.

Add in that this is all virtual - engaged in activity of creativity and imagination - which should free us to be more adventuresome, not less.

Oh well.
