You're always going to get a high yes vote on a poll like this because the majority of people that will respond are blog readers. The majority of the membership, though, I'm not so sure. Your blog page will show visitors to your blog, and it will turn out over time to be the same people who generally frequent the blog pages. Unfortunately, alt will only feature blog entries that the author replies to themselves, so I feel the majority of blogs just sit out there all lonely in the ether somewhere. I will look for the blog of someone who interests me, but more often than not, they don't have a blog page. As for me, I'll browse through the topic headings to decide what I'd like to view, plus I have a few regulars I look at. I don't blog myself so much, maybe one day I'll start, but I got sick of deleting comments from scammers, fakes, and jerk offs that I couldn't be bothered anymore.

hi - I'm from RUISLIP!! I read some and once in a while post to my blog - perhaps you can find it or try my cam when im online blog posting is a way to get a few points without paying for membership - that way you can spend them on important IMs however dont forget the person on the IM may be gone or may have no points themselves best way is send a one liner saying look at my blog or my cam then they can get to a place where you can chat

Blogs that are too long, are boring. An average length of Blog, gets more readers.

The question is too vague. No, most do not, but some do. There are enough people on this site to lead one to believe that most read them, but in fact, most forget about this site completely (And other sites like it), and never delete their account. I get many posts to my blog, but they are largely the same readers.

I think it depends on topic, catchiness of the title or blog and opening line and photo next to it. It is like wine. People buy wine based on how good the wrapper looks on the bottle. I would bet there is also a response of more men on female blogs than women.
