Alpha, beta and omega

I came across a new-to-me topic recently and have been thinking about where it fits - no pun intended (<b> bear </font></b>with me ).

The topic is knotting - and no, not ropes, but the penetration of some animals where the base of the the penis expands to lock into the recipient , preventing release until at least one load has been delivered. Clearly there are some interesting Alpha, dominant / power plays and human parallels here.
From my perspective I’m wondering how this could work to be the beta or omega in this scenario. … strictly under the alpha. I imagine being pinned until finished with ..

If anyone has some recommendations for more research / examples I’d welcome them
