Sometimes I make a move, sorry to leave my home, but hope I will find another of equal character.
At night I gaze at the starry mass with no idea to which one the earth attached.
May'be that cute little one over there or that one that sits alone in the inky black

Everyone has things they are passionately stubborn about. Things we stand up for, fight over, live to fulfill. We also have pet peeves that cause us to act the exact. same. way.

I don't know if its good or bad when these things overlap, but I do find myself amused more than not when I catch myself being what I call passionately defensive.

I am thankful that no matter what inappropriate or out of proportion things cross my brain, I am usually sensible enough to keep my thoughts and actions to myself. Mostly out of stubbornness, tenacity, perseverance...whatever you want to call it. People will see a glimpse but only that.

I take pride in the fact that these dual passions cross over and I get a good deal of pleasure out of knowing that through perseverance alone, I do not....

~ Drive like a dick and stop others around me from doing so, one traffic law kept at a time
~Assume that what I see is even 1/10 of the whole
~Think that right now will mean anything tomorrow
~Think that right now wont mean everything tomorrow
~Feed bottomless attention whores. Not very often anyway
~Act like anyone owes me a damn thing so I can easily say no if they act like I do
~ Give up on finding something specific each day to be thankful for

Stubbornness is used as a negative term more often than not, but all the same, since Ive got it in spades, for that, I am grateful.

Plus: Even The Fonz digs it! Aaayyyyy!

Being sensible and passionate are not in-congruent as a rule.

We, my dear, are not stubborn.

We are determined, persistent, dogged, and tenacious.

But never stubborn.

No, they definitely aren't especially when it comes to hobbies and things like that, I'm just not sure how well petpeeve passion should fit into that though. I don't think it should I guess, but it makes me laugh anyway.

Idiotic drivers are such a huge irritation to so many I always wonder how there can still be so many of them on the road.
