No pandas were harmed in the writing of this post

Gratitude is the inward feeling of kindness received.
Thankfulness is the natural impulse express that feeling.
Thanksgiving is the following of that impulse.

 No Turkeys either.

And so it ends, Thanks giving month and a gratitude a day up to Thanksgiving. I'm always surprised if I can follow through without missing more than a day.

It is incredibly hard, even with no pressure, to narrow down and focus on only one thing 'on demand' when there is so very much to be grateful for.

As an exercise, it was productive and put me back on the path that I felt I had stumbled off of.

While I did it for selfish reasons at the core, the interaction with all here who chimed in with quotes, snippets, eye rolling non-sequiturs, hugs, cross posts and thankfulness of their own showed me far more than anything I could have come up with, the deep abundance I have in this life.

Happy Thanksgiving to all no matter where you are.
